We hope 2014 has been a good year for you and family. We would like to welcome 2015 with fresh, fun and fruitful term with your child to our Art Program. We are pleased to work together with the school to provide an avenue for their art exploration. We believe in adding value to kids’ lives through Art. 

Our SKETCH & SPLASH Art Program is developed with the aim of providing children a way to bring out the artist in them.  We believe in the words of Picasso, that ‘Every Child Is an Artist.’ Students will be taught a mix of artistic styles and techniques at their level.

Art Program Description

SKTECH & SPLASH ART : 4 LESSONS per month 

TERM 1: JAN - MAR
TERM 2: APR - JUN
TERM 3: JUL- SEPT
TERM 4: OCT - DEC

CONTACT APPLELAND TO REGISTER 

·         Focusing on subjects of interest to kids.

·         4 x themes per year; E.g Things I see Every day, World of Animals, Mother Nature and Artworks inspired by Modern Masters.

·         Understanding and exploring basic concepts of forms, composition, colours, brush strokes and lines

·         Concentration and attention to details

·         Stimulating their creativity in an enjoyable and positive  environment

·         Allowing room for expression and visual communication

·         Progressive art-making 

. Mixed Media: Exploration of materials to aid in the development of fine motor skills e.g for the Nursery level.

OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions

1. Frequency & Duration:                 

·         1hr lesson per week

·         4 lessons per month

·         Class Size.  Min: 6 children   Max:  15 children

2. Payment:

·         Payment by cheque payable to APPLELAND PLAYHOUSE before the commencement of each lesson in a new month.

·         An official receipt will be issued by APPLELAND PLAYHOUSE.

3. Others:

·         There will be no replacement of lessons / prorate and refund of fees when child is absent.

·         Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

·         If the regular teacher reports sick or on leave, there will be a replacement teacher / lesson.

·         APPLELAND PLAYHOUSE and LDMM ART shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or any mishap whatsoever that may occur during classes or on the school premises.

·         APPLELAND PLAYHOUSE and LDMM ART request permission to use photographs and/or video recording of children registered for this programme.
